Namaste: A Conscious Beginning to 2026

Jan 08, 2026

Namaste Dear Friends

I greet you deeply from my heart 🤍

As a new year begins, we continue this journey of living consciously — together.

A journey back to ourselves.

Back to balance, back to peace, back to the quiet wisdom of our hearts.

A journey where we tend not only the physical body, but also the emotional and spiritual layers of who we are.

Where we honour the breath that has always been there — waiting patiently for us to remember it, to soften into it, to let it guide us home.

As we enter 2026, I pause in gratitude… and when I ask myself what I am most grateful for, my heart answers without hesitation:

Life!

For the quiet miracles that once felt ordinary — and now feel sacred.

I ended one year and began another in the UK, surrounded by my family here, and it feels like the greatest gift. Perhaps this year more than ever. A reminder that presence is the real treasure, and that love is often found in the simplest moments of togetherness.

It is no secret that 2025 was a challenging ride for me personally. And yet, paradoxically, it has also been the most profound year of my life.

Life invited me — very clearly — to live even more consciously.

This year asked me to slow down, to listen more deeply, to soften my grip and trust the rhythm of healing — even when it felt uncomfortable, unfamiliar, or frightening.

My heart has been opened in ways I never could have imagined — physically, emotionally, spiritually.

I have learned that life is not something to rush through or take for granted. It is something to honour and meet with presence. It is to listen deeply — and to respond with kindness to my own needs.

I also learned to receive with humility. As a lover of giving, receiving was a challenge, something I think many can relate to.

I am deeply grateful for this body — wise, resilient, and honest.

For the breath that never left me…

For the love, patience, and support that carried me through moments when I felt tender and fragile.

And I am endlessly grateful for my practice — not just as something I do on the mat, but as a way of living. Yoga has yet again proven that the practice is there for us every day, on every level, gently guiding us on this journey of life if we allow it.

Yoga is truly a compass that keeps guiding me home, again and again.

So as I step into this new year, I arrive slower, softer, more honest. Not with resolutions, but with reverence.

With a foundation built on everything life has already taught me about love, presence, trust, and listening. Last year has shown me that strength does not come from pushing harder — but from listening deeper, that the body whispers long before it ever needs to shout.

It has taught me that rest is not a reward — it is a responsibility — that asking for support is not weakness — it is wisdom! It has also taught me that receiving can be just as courageous as giving.

As we now move forward into 2026, I don’t wish for perfection — for myself or for you.

I wish for presence. A life where we meet ourselves honestly each day.

Where we ask, “What do I need right now?” — and truly listen.

Where we build lives that feel peaceful on the inside, not just successful on the outside.

Everything I am creating this year is rooted in love — not the fragile kind, but the steady, embodied kind.

Love that honours the nervous system.

Love that chooses nourishment over depletion.

Love that lives in conversation with the body, the breath, and the heart.

And so I offer this as an invitation — to you, and to us as a community:

To come together.

To grow.

To flourish.

To remember that we are not meant to walk this path alone.

May 2026 meet you softly.

May it remind you of the beauty in simply being alive.

May it bring health, love, peace, and joy in all the ways that truly matter.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been riding the waves of life with me this past year 🥹

You are all deeply appreciated, and I am so grateful to walk alongside you.

May we continue to grow and flourish together in loving support!

With love and gratitude — always ✨

Happy New Year 🤍🙏
